15 WEEK CLUB IS BACK

 

Dear Neighbor:

 

The 15 Week Club fundraiser for the Goshen Fire Company is back again for 2007! As our costs to operate continue to rise, the VOLUNTEERS of the GOSHEN FIRE COMPANY continue to look for ways to keep the levels of service that we know our residents demand. Support for fundraising events like our 15 week club helps your volunteers to help you.  Please support your FIRE COMPANY so we can be there when you and your neighbors need us!

 

Drawings will be held weekly starting Monday October 1, 2007 and continue through Monday December 31st, 2007 when the 2 final drawing will be held and prizes will be doubled for the final drawing!  All drawings will be held at the Goshen Firehouse, 1320 Park Avenue, West Chester, PA 19380.

ALL ENTRIES STAY IN DRAWING FOR ALL WEEKS!

Entries received after 7:00 PM on Monday October 1, 2007  will only be eligible for remaining drawings.  Entries will be allowed up to December 31st, 2007.  All winners will be notified by mail and winning ticket numbers will be posted on our web site: www.goshenfireco.org  

 

Donation for entry is only $2.00 per week.  If you pre-pay for the entire 15 weeks, you are entitled to a $5.00 prepayment discount and the dues are only $25.00 for this years 15 week club!  Take advantage of this great opportunity to support your volunteers and purchase tickets for all your family members.  If you would like additional tickets, include a note and the additional $25.00 per ticket with your return.  We will then complete additional tickets for you and return the entry stubs by mail.  If you elect to enter and pay the $2.00 weekly a fire company member will be assigned to collect your dues weekly.  (Your dues must be paid up to the drawing date to be eligible for weekly and final prizes)

 

Please complete the enclosed ticket(s) and return them in the envelope with your donation of $25.00 for each pre-paid entry and any requested additional tickets for family and friends to:  Goshen Fire Company 15 Week Club, 1320 Park Avenue, West Chester, PA 19380.
