Saturday & Sunday January 23 & 24, 2016
As the blizzard of 2016 dumped over 30" of snow throughout our district, the most routine calls became a challenge. EMS and Fire crews staffed both stations around the clock to respond immediately to any emergencies which came in. During this weekend blizzard, the Goshen Fire Company's EMS crews responded on 18 medical and accident calls, while the fire crews responded on nine calls on Saturday and another seven on Sunday. The fire crews primarily utilized Brush 56 and Utility 54 for their 4-wheel drive capabilities to get around during the storm and to assist the EMS crews with navigating snow covered streets and transferring patients from residences to ambulances. The calls handled by the fire crews over the blizzard weekend included:

- A CO incident in East Goshen Twp. caused by a blocked vent resulting in high CO levels within the residence needing ventilation and handled by Brush 56, E56, & E54-2
